Governance (HPX Token)

Supreme Finance Governance is held through voting with the HypeX(HPX) token. This document explains the factors that governance can decide. The governance logic will be announced at a later date.

HypeX(HPX) Token and Supreme Finance Governance

Supreme Finance is a service created by all participants (liquidity providers, traders, and community members) and not by a particular operator. With this and the decentralized, trustless philosophy of blockchain in mind, Supreme Finance issued the HypeX (HPX) governance token so participants can create Supreme Finance policies and direction and lead to the gradual, continued development of the service.

With the HPX governance token, Supreme Finance is officially owned by all participants and allows participants to obtain their own continuity of service. Supreme Finance, valuing the principle of neutrality and trustlessness, limits the role of HypeX(HPX) to contributing to the development of protocols and the development of service ecosystems so that the protocol’s governance can be strictly observed.

HypeX (HPX) tokens have a total supply of 200,000,000 HPS and are initially supplied to foundations, partners, advisors, and markets.

Main Utilities of HypeX(HPX)

1. HPX Token Holder Reward HPX token holders will receive an allocation of 70% of the total supply of Supreme Governance tokens. These rewards can be exchanged based on% of HYPE in circulation versus% of HYPE held by individual holders. As the platform continues to develop, there will be additional incentives, features and/or benefits in addition to rebates on transaction fees.

2. Governance Voting HPX holders directly participate to decide the dirction and policies of Supreme Finance. Example) Decisions over changing important factors such as the Pool Contract Creation Fee, transaction fee, mining distribution, and contracts.

HPX is a governance token with which holders have the responsibility and authority to determine governance agendas in compliance with the protocol-related rules and regulations. Governance is the decision of protocol policies, so holders can have a significant impact on the future direction of the service. As such, please use careful consideration when you participate in governance.
